Petra, a character who appears in Wandmaking 201 as the Greatforest Clan is seeking the cause of the recent disturbance in Avalon City (a great flash of blue lit up the clouds to the south of the city, and a wave of stray magic washed over the city.  Was the disturbance from the forest of the dragon?  Did he cast a gigantic spell, perhaps in a spell battle with someone or something?
